Morgan ap Moire

Some Personal Information

My Trump (as seen by myself):

A slender man of medium height appears to calmly regard me as, his arms crossed in front of him, he leans against the right stone cairn marking the entrance to the Faiella-bionin, the stairway leading down into the sea and Rebma. His hair is long and a silky black, worn pulled back into a ponytail. Eyes matching the color of the emerald stud earring in his left ear, sparkle perhaps with amusement in a coppery toned, anglular and handsome face.

The man wears a sea green silken shirt open at the collar under a black silver trimmed vest. Black pants with sea green and silver knotworkings running along the seams are tucked into black swashbuckler style leather boots. A black leather weapons belt decorated in silver with a stylish buckle of silver, emerald and jade supports an ornately decorated rapier on his left. A matching dagger and a leather pouch hang at his right side. A dark green cloak hangs about his shoulders, clasped with a brooch of silver. A close look at the brooch reveals the design of a dolphin leaping out of the sea. There is an air of quiet maturity about the man, as if he has been through a lot, and a sense of calm competence as well.

Castle Rebma: Morgan's quarters in Rebma are large and spacious, reflecting the fact that there are few Rebmans of royal blood in the palace. Morgan's rooms are on the third floor of the palace, in the same wing as his mother's.

The only entrance to his quarters from inside the palace opens into a tastefully decorated sitting room. The walls are blue in color, navy at the bottom and becoming brighter nearer the ceiling where it's a bright aqua blue, like you might see when viewing shallow water off a tropical beach. A large, pale green couch occupies the far corner of this room with a coffee table made of coral, a faint pink in color, in front of it. On the wall next to the door is an oak display case filled with a variety of exotic works of art and statuettes from the far corners of Shadow that caught Morgan's eye as he traveled through them. Over the couch is a painting of the city of Rebma itself, and on the opposite wall is a large mirror. A large beige colored carpet lies underneath.

Strolling through this room, one enters the main chamber. This room is three times the size of the sitting room with a similar painting scheme. Here, Morgan has one section set aside as a sort of office; complete with desk, file cabinet and safe. On the wall behind the desk is an elegant portrait of Moiré, and the desk has a small painting or picture of a beautiful looking, silvery haired woman on it. There is also a dining area with a table large enough for perhaps six people to sit comfortably.

The final section is given over to a living room area. There is a large, comfy couch; a love seat, and a number of armchairs hereabouts. Also, a number of filled bookshelves support the walls wherever possible. The outside wall here runs at an angle through this room, but Morgan has had large windows put in that overlook much of the city. And yes, there are window panes installed though they can be opened or closed as one might wish. "Keeps the fish out." Morgan pointed out to Ian when he asked about the windows. Morgan has had a large balcony installed on the other outside wall. This balcony has a spectacular view of Rebma.

The middle door as you look at the main interior wall leads into a private bathing room.

The fourth and final room of his quarters is his bedroom. This room, too, is spacious and decorated. It has a large bed, several wardrobes and chests of drawers. A nightstand next to the bed also has a small portrait, similar to the one on his desk, on it. There are a few posters in here as well. Most notably one that depicts a young man on a large board riding a wave. The caption underneath reads; "Surf Maui!"

Castle Amber: Here, Morgan also has a set of rooms, though not quite as spacious as his quarters in Rebma. Entering his rooms from the hallway, you step into a sitting room. The walls are aquamarine in color, reflecting his Rebman preferences. A huge sandy-beige colored rug covers most of the floor. To your immediate right stands a cloak rack, currently a dark green and a sky blue cloak hang upon it. Oaken shelves, filled with a wide variety of books, are arranged on either side of the door. On the right hand wall is a plush couch done in a blue & green plaid pattern with a matching armchair on the far wall. A sturdy if somewhat battered looking table is in front of the couch. It's a favorite of Morgan's, he salvaged it from the wreck of a pirate ship in some distant Shadow. Above the couch is a large seascape painting. Oil lanterns rest in brackets in the corners and a pair of lamps and several candles stand on the table.

On the wall opposite the couch (your left), hangs a long wooden relief carving of a dramatic battle between two sailing ships. Cannon balls arc gracefully between the ships, which have both already withstood some major damage.

In the far left corner of the room are two doors. The left hand door leads into a small bathing room, complete with running water even. The right hand door leads into Morgan's bedroom. This room is decorated in the motif of sailing ship's captain's quarters. The walls are panneled with oaken planks, like the hull of a ship; and a large window dominates the far wall, crafted with many small panes, again like you might expect on a sailing ship's. Looking out the window, you are rewarded with a spectacular view of the city and harbor far below the castle. A four poster bed stands in the near right hand corner with a small night table next to it. On the far wall under the window is a sturdy wooden desk and chair. A wooden wardrobe and chest of drawers occupy the left hand wall. A wide variety of throw rugs are scattered about the floor. Many lamps and candle sconces occupy almost every available horizontal surface.

Rebman Embassy: Morgan's 'offical' residence when in Amber, he has a large suite of rooms in the Embassy. These have been decorated tastefully and well, reflecting the best and height of Rebman fashion. Elegant furniture, carpeting and draperies are lavisciously displayed here. Maids and butlers keep these rooms cleaned, invariably complaining under their breath after Morgan's spent a night here tossing clothing and gear about without thought for decor and objects d'art.
